What we collect. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name and message. We collect nothing else.

Purpose and legal basis. Your data is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and pre contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Processor. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form handling), acting as data processor under its Data Processing Agreement. Data may be processed on servers outside the EU under EU approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and up to 12 months afterwards, unless a client relationship begins.

Cookies and analytics. This website sets no cookies until you choose. On your first visit a banner offers two identical buttons, Reject and Allow analytics, and nothing is loaded until you use one. Refusing is a single click, exactly like accepting, and refusing means no request to Google is ever made rather than a request made politely. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_*, both expiring after two years, which tell us which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Google is the processor for that data under the Google Privacy Policy. Event and user data is retained for 14 months and then deleted. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay denied at all times: this site runs no advertising account and the tag has no advertising destination.

Your answer itself is kept in your browser's local storage under the key tkm-consent-v2. That is not a cookie: it is never sent to a server and only this site can read it. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer of any page, which forgets the stored answer, stops collection immediately and shows the banner again.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@tkmstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
